DISPATCH SERVICE
When you need a tow or emergency road service and you find yourself away from familiar territory, you probably have no idea who to call. Call NAA !
Through our nationwide Dispatch Service, help is at your fingertips, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, anywhere in the United States and Canada.

This network of service stations and garages renders services at contract prices, assuring you of a fair price from a reputable, licensed and full-insured contractor. The call is free, the dispatch service is free including someone to stay in touch with you to insure that help is on the way, and your cost for the service is reimbursed under your NAA membership. NAA's unique combination of Dispatch with reimbursement for services rendered, allows you the flexibility to have your emergency road needs handled, as you want. For example, you will be towed to the destination of your choice, not just to the nearest garage. NAA will reimburse up to $100.00 for towing services or other emergency road services.

SELF HELP !
You do not have to go through our Dispatch service in order to qualify for the reimbursement. If you know of a service station or garage and would like to call them direct, you may do so and arrange your own emergency road service. NAA encourages this freedom of choice and will reimburse up to $100.00 for towing services or other emergency road services.

COVERAGE is for NAA members with a valid driver's license and includes towing, whether a breakdown or accident, changing of flat tires with inflated spare on the vehicle, delivery of gas or battery, jump starting the car, unlocking your vehicle, or other roadside assistance to get you going.

You are covered in your personal car and any other car you may be driving, whether borrowed or rented, including your van, pick-up truck, and recreational vehicle of any size. Your membership does not cover motorcycles or vehicles with more than one rear axle, nor does it cover tractor type trucks, with or without trailer.

NAA membership covers the member, not the car, and the member must be driving or riding in the vehicle at the time of the incident and must have personally paid for the service in order to receive reimbursement for the emergency road service.

HOW TO RECEIVE REIMBURSEMENT
You must submit an itemized bill or receipt from the contractor for the emergency road service within 30 days of the incident. Please include your NAA card number and the make, model and year of the vehicle. The receipt should include the name, address and telephone number of the contractor providing the service. Please Note: If more than one road service is rendered pertaining to a single incident, payment will be made up to the benefit limit set forth herein.

SPECIAL PROVISIONS
Parts and any repairs performed at a garage or service station are not covered by NAA. The reimbursement is for services rendered at the disablement site. NAA's emergency road service is for individuals, not businesses, and is not intended to take the place of regular maintenance of your vehicle and therefore excessive use of this benefit may result in cancellation of your membership.

DON'T LET THE UNEXPECTED RUIN YOUR TRAVEL PLANS
$2,000.00 TRIP INTERRUPTION REIMBURSEMENT

When you are on a trip, more than 50 miles from home, whether business or pleasure, and the vehicle in which you are riding is in a collision, your trip has been interrupted. If the car is stolen, your trip has really been interrupted. NAA to the rescue.

NAA will reimburse you up to $2,000.00 for out of pocket expenses incurred during the first seven (7) days immediately following the collision or theft, including your expenses and the expenses of the other occupants of the car, whether they are members or not.

This reimbursement covers either (1) lodging and meals for your entire party while you wait to have the car repaired, or (2) the cost of a rental car to get your party to your trip destination and/or back home, or (3) the cost of tickets on public transportation, including airfares, to get your party to your destination and/or back home. You may choose any one on the alternatives, whichever is best for you.

This benefit covers you whether you were driving the car or just riding in the car. The benefit extends to all occupants of the vehicle, not just your family members. This benefit is based on a per incident basis. If more than one occupant of the vehicle is a NAA member, only one benefit is payable up to a total of $2,000.00.

TRIP INTERRUPTION FOR CHILDREN
Children who are NAA members, under the age of 16, are also entitled to the Trip Interruption benefits. When the child is traveling without his or her parent, such as a church or school trip, the adult driver of the vehicle is covered as well as all travel companions in the vehicle, regardless of the type of vehicle or the number of people traveling in the vehicle.

HOW TO RECEIVE YOUR REIMBURSEMENT
You must submit your claim for reimbursement within thirty (30) days of the incident. Please submit the name and address of the law enforcement agency to which the theft or accident was reported, along with the receipted bills for actual expenses incurred. If a rental car was used, please attach a copy of the rental agreement from a commercial rental car company. No coverage is available for private rental arrangements.

All receipts must be in the member's name, except where the member is under 16 years of age, and then the member should attach an explanation of the circumstances and the name of the adult in charge of the trip in order to allow that adult to receive reimbursement.

NOTE: This coverage is for accidents and stolen car incidents more than fifty (50) miles from member's home and does not extend to breakdowns.

ACCIDENTS OR STOLEN CAR NEAR HOME
$500.00 CAR RENTAL ALLOWANCE
As we know, many if not most accidents occur close to home. Without this important NAA benefit, you would be left to haggle with your own liability insurance company, or worse, the company of the guy who ran into you. Consider also that situation when you return from the shopping mall to the parking lot, and the car is just not there; or you get up in the morning to go to work and step outside your home to find your car gone. It can happen anywhere and unfortunately, with more frequency than any of us would wish. Now what? NAA will never leave you stranded.

First call the police and report the accident or stolen car. This is critical in order to obtain the reimbursement under this coverage benefit.

Next call your local car rental company and rent a car to meet your needs until you can get your car repaired or until the police determine what has happened to your car. This benefit is a maximum reimbursement of $500.00 and is for rental car only. The benefit does not cover gas, oil, or insurance charges on the rental contract. This benefit is available to the member for accidents involving his or her personal car, or one owned by another entity but in the possession of and usually used by the member on a daily basis. The benefit is available during the thirty days following the accident or discovery of the theft.

To receive your reimbursement, please submit a copy of the rental agreement from a commercial rental car company and a copy of the accident report or the theft incident report. Please send the information to NAA as soon as possible, but in no event later than sixty (60) days after the date of the incident. Complete information will insure the prompt handling of your claim.

$5,000 STOLEN CAR REWARD
NAA recognizes that the police action involved in recovering stolen cars is often heroic, and always appreciated. NAA will pay a $5,000 Reward in your name to the law enforcement officer or agency responsible for the arrest and conviction of the thief, or to the private citizen providing information leading to the arrest and conviction of the thief.

$500 PERSONAL ITEMS REWARD
When personal items have been stolen from your car, such as a radio, car phone, luggage, or automobile accessories, NAA will pay a $500 Reward, in your name to the law enforcement officer or agency responsible for the arrest and conviction of the thief, or to the private citizen providing information leading to the arrest and conviction of the thief.
