50% DISCOUNTS ON ACCOMODATIONS
ENTERTAINMENT NATIONAL
No travel program would be complete without meaningful discounts
on hotel and motel accommodations. NAA is proud to include in your
Membership, absolutely free, the most comprehensive hotel-motel
discount program in America. Your Entertainment membership allows
you and your family to stay in over 3,000 leading hotels at 50%
off of the regular rack rate. It also provides discounts of up to
20% at thousands of other popular chain hotels.
Your hotel-motel Directory is included in your
NAA membership credentials and the Rules of Use are on the first
two pages of the Directory. We recommend that you leave the membership
card attached to the inside front cover and carry the Directory
with you as you travel.
Reminders to maximize your enjoyment of this
program:
Follow the directions in the Directory and always call ahead for
reservations. There are certain times when the hotel may not be
able to honor the program.
Always identify Entertainment by name so that the hotel can quote
the special rate for you. The arrangements with the hotel have been
made through Entertainment Publications, Inc. as indicated in the
Directory.

BAIL
BONDS & CASH APPEARANCE BONDS

Since your privilege to drive can be revoked or temporarily suspended
according to individual state laws, it's a privilege well worth
protecting. You never know when an accident may occur or the blue
lights from the police car will turn on. Arrest? You may be in trouble
and you will definitely be glad that you carry NAA.
BAIL BOND
NAA will post up to $10,000 Bail Bond for you if you are charged
with vehicular homicide or other serious offense in connection with
a traffic accident.
CASH APPEARANCE BOND
NAA will post up to $2,500 Cash Appearance Bond for you if you are
charged with traffic offenses or violations. Most states have a
law, which requires the law enforcement officer to accept a valid
motor club membership card in lieu of a cash bond up to a statutory
limit. Your NAA Membership Card includes a Guaranteed Arrest Bond
Certificate and in most cases will be accepted in lieu of cash as
your bond to insure your return for trial or other disposition of
your case. If for any reason your NAA card is not accepted, you
have the right to call NAA to post bond.
ALTERNATE BOND SERVICE
For members preferring to obtain a bail bond from another source,
NAA will reimburse you for the cost of the bond at the rate of $50
per $1000 of bond amount, but not to exceed a total reimbursement
of $500.
Remember, a Bond allows you to gain your freedom
from arrest and is intended to insure your return for your trial
or other court appearance. If you fail to appear in Court at the
scheduled time, your bond is forfeited and a new arrest warrant
may issue. NAA's obligation is to post the bond for you and your
obligation is to appear in Court. If you forfeit the bond, you will
be responsible to reimburse NAA for the amount of the bond. NAA
does not pay fines! Even if the Court assesses a fine equal to the
bond, you must pay the fine in order that the bond will be returned
to NAA.
EXCLUSIONS FROM BOND COVERAGE
NAA will not post bond, nor is the membership card good for a bond
for the member charged with any of the following: 1) Illegally leaving
the scene of an accident; 2) An offense involving possession or
use of alcoholic beverages, narcotics, or other illegal drugs; or
3) An offense related to your driver's license being invalid, suspended
or revoked, or failure to have proof of proper insurance or other
licensing requirements, or your vehicle being overweight, over length,
or having improper licenses or tags.
Coverage is for the member driving any automobile, pick-up truck,
recreational vehicle, or any size truck or vehicle, but does not
cover the member when he or she is operating a motorcycle.
Bonds will be electronically transmitted to the holding authority.
Bonds are for first appearance only and do not include appeal bonds.
THIS BOND BENEFIT IS NOT FOR THE DISCHARGE OF
FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES TO OTHERS OR THEIR PROPERTY

LEGAL
FEES REIMBURSEMENT
It is your right to have an attorney represent
you in the defense of a traffic law violation or an offense arising
from an accident. NAA will reimburse for actual legal fees paid
to a licensed attorney up to:
$4,000.00 when charged with manslaughter, or other designated charge
where a death resulted from the accident; or
$1,000.00 when charged with assault with a vehicle or other charge
involving injury to persons or damage to property, or
$300.00 when charged with one or more traffic law violations pertaining
to a single event.
CIVIL ACTIONS - If you take legal action for recovery of damages
to your vehicle or for personal injuries sustained in an automobile
accident, NAA will reimburse you for actual legal fees paid up to
$150.00 to recover damages to your vehicle and
$150.00 to recover for personal injuries.
HOW TO RECEIVE YOUR BENEFITS
NAA will provide a claim form upon request. All claims for legal
fees reimbursement must be submitted within sixty (60) days after
the matter is resolved.

ACCIDENT INSURANCE COVERAGE
Sometimes you need a helping had to cover emergency
expenses in that crisis created by the automobile accident. That's
what NAA's extra coverage is all about and it goes beyond the automobile
accident to cover just about every accident involving your travel.
While we cannot prevent accidents from occurring, we can offer you
the best motor club accident policy available.

As a part of your membership, you are automatically covered under
our group Travel and Pedestrian Accident Insurance Policy. No matter
where your travels may take you, if you are injured as a pedestrian
or while driving or riding in an automobile or any public conveyance,
you are entitled to emergency and hospital and medical benefits
as follows:
HOSPITAL BENEFITS:
MAXIMUM BENEFIT AVAILABLE $54,750
$150.00 per day for up to 365 consecutive days.
One full year of protection !
EMERGENCY BENEFITS:

$10.00 per visit for up to 15 visits. Coverage applies for doctor's
treatment in office, clinic or hospital.
LOSS OF LIFE, SIGHT, LIMBS
SPEECH & HEARING BENEFITS:
$10,000 Benefit
This benefit applies to all accidents covered under the policy,
including, but not limited to automobile, truck, taxi, bus, railroad,
airplane, or farm machines accidents and other accidents of every
kind that are not otherwise excluded. The benefit also applies to
injuries sustained as a pedestrian if struck by a motor vehicle
ordinarily operated on public streets.
Benefit Increase up to $20,000
After you have been insured under the Master Policy for one continuous
year, each consecutive annual renewal of your membership will add
ten (10%) percent to the benefit until one hundred (100%) percent
has been added to the original benefit amount.
ALL BENEFITS ARE PAID DIRECTLY
TO YOU REGARDLESS OF OTHER INSURANCE.
These benefits may not be assigned to any person, firm or hospital.
The benefits are paid to the Member.
NO AGE LIMIT - NO PHYSICAL
REQUIRED
This group coverage is included in your membership and therefore
you cannot be turned down, regardless of your age or physical condition.
The policy does contain a provision, which reduces the benefits
by fifty percent for members over eighty years of age. This coverage
was created for the benefit of NAA members and is consequently limited
to injuries received in an accident as outlined in the Travel and
Pedestrian Accident Insurance Summary which is included in your
membership credentials. This coverage provides an expense supplement
and is not intended to cover the actual costs of medical services.
It is not intended to replace any other insurance you may have.

GENERAL
PROVISION
Your NAA Membership card is a valuable travel companion. You will
need it when you call for any of the NAA services and benefits available
to you, whether emergency road service, bail bond, or travel benefits.
NAA agrees to furnish the within mentioned services
in consideration of the payment of the membership dues.
All persons are eligible for membership and annual
renewals will be accepted regardless of Member's age.
The Membership may be cancelled by the Member
or by NAA at any time, for any reason, by giving written notice
to the other party at the last known address. Refund of dues will
be made on a pro-rata basis upon presentation or return of the membership
card.
THIS MEMBERSHIP IS NOT AN AUTOMOBILE LIABILITY INSURANCE CONTRACT.
